Roger Federer, a very well known personality in tennis world. Born in August 1981, 29 years old Federer is already the all time top in tennis earnings so far, which is about 56 million dollars. Roger was a great player from his childhood and he was ranked world No.1 at the age of 17 in Junior’s rankings. He is married to Mirka Varinec, who is former tennis Association player and in 2009 they became parents of two twin girls.

Roger Federer has proved himself best on all types of surfaces, a former world No.1; Jimmy Conners has quoted that “In an era of specialists, you are a clay court specialist, a grass court specialist, or hard court specialist or you are Roger Federer.” Swiss player has made a record of wining 16 Grandslams single’s titles, the previous record was 14 titles by Pete Sampras.

He is called “The Greatest Player of all time”. He is excellent on court, his serves are hard to read and do it with great speed, and in addition his Forehand is powerful. Although since from 2010 Australian Open he has not won a single grand slam title but then Federer will still be remembered as a legend, as he was a person who in just short time has won a record of 16 Grandslams titles which makes him distinguish from others tennis players. Well if we talk about his nature, he is humble but aggressive in his game; he is loved and respected by his all fellow players for his friendly nature. There is another quotation from Joe Coriello, about Roger’s nature. He said “He is exceptionally calm all the time”. “He walks through the lounge very friendly, and you can see other players appreciate him”. Well all fans let me tell you these are basics things which a sports man needs and this is called sportsmanship. We must appreciate others when they win and you must have patience when you loss, wining and losing is part of game and we must understand it, sometimes we win and sometimes we loss, what only we can do is try to learn from our mistakes so that next we may not make that mistake and that is what Roger Federer does.
